Our quality control exceeds industry standards. In addition to the TEP (translate/edit/proofread) process, where the translation and editing is typically carried out by one translator, who then sends the translated document back to the – usually non-native speaking – project manager for proofreading in-house, our translations are always processed by a qualified translator and a senior translator, both working in their native language, and the project manager, where the translator prepares and edits the translation, the senior translator proofreads the translated document, and the project manager carries out a final review, unless the client instructs otherwise.
